Alicante has some of Spain's finest beaches. Just a few kilometres from the city centre, you will find San Juan beach, El Campello, La Albufereta and La Alambrada.

On the province's southern coast, you will find the beaches of Guardamar del Segura and its dunes, Pilar de Horadada, Torrevieja, Santa Pola and its marina, and Arenales del Sol. On the northern coast, in Marina Baja and Alta, there are the beaches of Villajoyosa, Levante and Poniente in Benidorm Bay, and Calpe beach with the Peñón de Ifach.
