2. Purpose
The purpose of this website is to present the fleet and car rental services of RentacarIQ and to allow users to request a quote with no obligation.
Access to the site is free of charge, other than the cost of connecting through the telecommunications network provided by the user’s own internet provider.
3. A quote request is not a booking
This website does not allow online booking or payment. The forms are used solely for users to request information and a quote.
Submitting a form creates no booking right and no obligation of availability, and does not constitute a rental contract. The rental is only formalised when both parties sign the corresponding contract when the vehicle is handed over, after the documentation has been checked and the required conditions met.
Prices shown on the site are indicative, are stated in euros including VAT, and may vary depending on the dates, the duration, the pick-up point, any extras and the actual availability of the fleet. The final price is the one stated in the quote sent to the user and, where applicable, in the rental contract.
4. Terms of use
Users undertake to use the website and its forms diligently. In particular, they undertake:
- Not to provide false or inaccurate information, or information belonging to third parties without their consent.
- Not to use the forms to send commercial communications, advertising, or unlawful or offensive content.
- Not to carry out actions that may damage, overload or disrupt the normal operation of the site, or attempt to access restricted areas, accounts or systems belonging to others.
- Not to use automated means for the mass sending of requests or the systematic extraction of content.
- To comply with applicable law and respect the rights of third parties.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of this website, including without limitation texts, photographs, logos, trade marks, graphic designs, source code and its structure, belong to Funnel Solutions, S.L.U. or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the express written authorisation of the owner is prohibited, except for uses permitted by law.
The name RentacarIQ and its logo are distinctive signs of the owner. Vehicle manufacturers’ trade marks appearing on the site belong to their respective owners and are shown solely to identify the fleet.
6. Liability
The owner endeavours to keep the information on the site up to date and free of errors, but does not guarantee the permanent accuracy of vehicle availability, prices or specifications, which depend on the actual state of the fleet at any given time.
The owner is not liable for damage arising from interruptions, viruses or technical failures beyond its control, from improper use of the site by the user, or from the information the user provides through the forms.
Nothing in this legal notice limits the rights granted by consumer protection law to users who qualify as consumers.
7. Links to other sites
This site may contain links to third-party pages, for example maps or social networks. The owner does not control and accepts no responsibility for their content or their privacy policies. Access to those sites is at the user’s sole responsibility.
8. Data protection
The processing of personal data collected through this site is described in the Privacy policy, and the use of cookies and similar technologies in the Cookie policy.
9. Changes
The owner reserves the right to modify this legal notice, the presentation and configuration of the site, and the services offered, at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of access, whose update date appears at the foot of this document.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user’s domicile where the user qualifies as a consumer. In all other cases, to the courts determined by law.
